At Victorinox, we realized that the food-processing industry works with very high-security processes during the making as well as on the finished products. To answer to the increasing demands in meat transformation industries, we filled our Fibrox knives range out with 2 new models. The new security handle and the version with a kind of protective nose allow working more efficiently with a minimized risk.

Our efforts were focused on avoiding the hand slipping on the blade.
