The Scanpan Pro IQ is hand cast in Denmark from 100% environmentally friendly recycled aluminum, complete with stylish high-tech brushed stainless handles and tempered glass lids with stainless steel trims. The latest Stratanium non-stick is tough enough to withstand all utensils including metal. 

This 32cm Wok is made from 100% recycled aluminum, squeeze cast for quick and even heat distribution. The quality stainless steel trims and ergonomic handle are both attractive and practical. The Pro IQ range is suitable for all cooktops including induction.

Maintenance and care:

• Before First Use-Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Do not use harsh scourers.
• Routine Cleaning-When cooking is complete, empty contents and run the pan under cold water to induce steam. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue are removed.
• Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
• Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
